- Booking our consultation services is done by appointment and confirmed through our invoice.
- Prices listed on the website for consultation services are subject to change without notice.
- Payments must be made by the date specified on the invoice. The invoice serves as booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- At least 7 days (168 hours) in advance: free cancellation with full refund.
- Between 7 and 3 days (72 hours) in advance: 50 % of the amount will be retained.
- Less than 72 hours in advance: the full price is due.

- We are solely responsible for providing consultation services.
- We assume no liability for travel, accommodation, or other services that you book based on our consultation.
- We are not responsible for losses, damages, or problems that occur during your self-booked travels.
