Resting Hunter

With eyes locked in quiet focus, Resting Hunter captures a leopard draped over a fallen tree, blending relaxation with readiness. The intricate patterns of its coat contrast beautifully against the rough bark, creating a mesmerizing portrait of nature’s most elusive predator. A moment of calm before the next pursuit.

Dunes, acacias and a gemsbok in the shade: A tall sand dune rises above the scattered trees at the foot of its slopes while a gemsbok seeks shade, an impressive contrast in Sossusvlei and one of the iconic scenes of a Namibia trip.

Desert Solitude

The silent ruler: The leopard rests at the edge of the clearing and lets its watchful gaze sweep over its territory.

A test of strength: Two gemsbok bulls lower their horns and brace against each other with all their might. Dust flies as neither gives way.

Clash of Titans

A mighty roar: The lion shows his wide-open mouth and strong teeth.

A young leopard on his own paws: Cautiously, the young leopard steps out of hiding by the tree trunk and explores his surroundings.

Emerging Shadow

Side by side: The cheetah brothers stand close together and observe their surroundings attentively.

A curious look: The young lion cub studies its surroundings attentively.

Among elands: Two elands stand in the pasture. Elands are among the largest antelopes in Africa; the related giant eland is considered the largest antelope species in the world. With every step, their cloven hooves can make an audible clicking sound.
