3. Booking Consultation Services & Payments

• Booking our consultation services is done by appointment and confirmed through our invoice.

• Prices listed on the website for consultation services are subject to change without notice.

• Payments for consultation services must be made by the date specified on the invoice. The invoice serves as booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds for Consultation Services

Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellation at least 7 days (168 hours) in advance: free cancellation with full refund.

• Cancellation between 7 and 3 days (72 hours) in advance: 50% of the amount will be retained.

• Cancellation less than 72 hours in advance: the full price is due.

Cancellation by Wildscape Safaris:

• If we need to cancel an appointment, we will offer you an alternative appointment as soon as possible.

• Should no alternative appointment be suitable for you or available from us, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

• In any case, you will not incur additional costs due to our cancellation.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

• Wildscape Safaris is solely responsible for providing consultation services.

• We assume no liability for travel, accommodation, or other services that you book based on our consultation.

• We are not responsible for losses, damages, or problems that occur during your self-booked travels.

• We strive to provide accurate and current travel information but cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information.

• Travel conditions may change due to weather, political situations, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Wildscape Safaris or used with permission.
